On the day itself, we obviously want your event to run as smoothly as the planning process.
Your Crowne Meetings Director will give you your own Welcome Pack, complete with meetings itinerary and details of your food and beverage order, guidelines on how to use the equipment and a brief overview of the additional services that are available for you to use, including secretarial support, document shredding and travel arranging.
Your Crowne Meetings Director will also personally greet your delegates on arrival.
In the meeting room itself, everything will be in place – from seating and stationery to place cards and audio-visual equipment.
